Refund policy
Returns
We are confident you and your furry friend will love your wagchild products as much as we do. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, you can submit a return request via our self service portal. We cannot accommodate exchanges, so please choose carefully.
Item's you wish to return must be:
- Un-used and in original condition
- In the polybag/zip bag/box the item came in. (This is not the mailer bag, but the inside packaging with barcode that your item was sent to you in)
Account Login - Self Service Returns
Steps for Return Request:
- Log in to your account using link above
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Submit request".
If your return request is approved, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, and checked it is in it's original condition, you will receive a refund.
Please note: Shipping costs to return you item are at your expense.
Damages and issues
Occasionally an issue may arise with a product, and in this instance we will be right there to assist you as quickly as possible. Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item is deemed to be defective or damaged, we will provide a refund or replacement.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
